Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Solany X Tech ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Description of Services

Solany X Tech provides custom software development, IT consulting, hardware sales, custom PC builds, and infrastructure solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

For project-based services, standard payment terms require a 50% upfront deposit before work commences, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion, unless otherwise specified in your Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract. Hardware and custom builds must be paid in full prior to procurement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly transferred in writing, Solany X Tech retains all intellectual property rights to custom software, scripts, frameworks, and methodologies developed during a project. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their intended business purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Solany X Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
